Warranty Policy

This product carries a replacement warranty of one (1) year (12 months) from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below:

Warranty Terms & Conditions

• The warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.
• The original cash memo/invoice must be preserved and presented along with the defective product for any warranty claim.
• The defective product must be sent to the nearest dealer or distributor at the customer’s own cost.
• This warranty does not cover damages caused due to accidents, mishandling, negligence, unauthorized repairs, tampering, or loss of components/accessories.
• The company or its authorized agents will replace the defective product within a reasonable time. The company’s decision regarding the defect and warranty applicability shall be final and binding.
• In case of replacement, the warranty shall continue only for the remaining (unexpired) period of the original warranty.
• The company’s liability is limited to replacement of the defective unit only and shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
• Remote controls and accessories are not covered under this warranty.
• This warranty excludes all other conditions, warranties, and liabilities not expressly stated herein.
• All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Kolkata, West Bengal.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty shall not apply under the following circumstances:

• The product is not used in accordance with the instructions provided by the company.
• Damage or defect caused by improper use or misuse, as determined by the company or its authorized agents.
• Defects caused by external factors such as lightning, voltage fluctuations, natural disasters (acts of God), or other events beyond the company’s control.
