General Terms

• DOTT SYSTEMS may update or modify terms without prior notice.

Order & Delivery

• DOTT takes full responsibility for orders shipped via private courier services such as DTDC, Blue Dart, etc.
• Order cancellations are allowed within a specific time period.
• DOTT reserves the right to cancel any order due to incorrect pricing or other reasons. Refunds will be processed accordingly.
• Extra charges for re-delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability will be borne by the user.

User Responsibility

• The User must provide accurate and complete information.
• DOTT reserves the right to verify user details and reject access if found incorrect.
• The User is responsible for any misuse of payment methods.

Liability

• DOTT SYSTEMS is not liable for credit card fraud.
• Complaints must be raised within 10 days of delivery.

Modification of Terms

DOTT SYSTEMS may update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Applicable Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall be exclusively in Kolkata, West Bengal.
