Cancellation & Refund Policy

All products sold on www.dottsystems.com fall under a "No Return / No Exchange" policy.

However, returns or exchanges will only be considered in cases where the product has an inherent defect, damage, or quality issue at the time of delivery.

  • The customer must notify the company within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • All requests must be submitted via email to dottcustomercare@gmail.com.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition along with packaging, invoice, and accessories (if any).
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, the refund process will be initiated.
  • Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment within a reasonable time.

DOTT SYSTEMS reserves the right to reject any return or refund request if the above conditions are not met.
